Hi all,just wondering if any of you have stayed at the above site, near looe,cornwall, as we're thinking of booking a summer break there. Any comments good or bad would be welcome, thanks in advance,stuart1
It is situated north of Talland Bay if you look on Google Earth. It would be quite a walk to Talland Beach which is rocky. You would need to drive to Looe beach and Polperro would be the same, but does not have a beach.
We used to own a static caravan at Trelawne for 9 years, the park is inbetween Looe and Polperro about a mile and a half from each.
Used to be a Haven site but now owned by John Fowler Holidays, usual sort of entertainment ,some of it good some bad as on most of these sites the bar prices are expensive. The swimming pool area is quite nice if you get the weather.
In my opinion it was a better run place when it was Haven, we sold up and started touring after the 2nd Fowler season as we felt standards were slipping.
A nice area to visit in general and we go back there quite often but wouldn't go back to Trelawne even if they did accept tourers.
One of the bungalows on the park used to be the toilet block for the tourers.
