Trimark Keys

I have recently purchased a new Elldis twin axle van which cost over £18000.00p and would like to purchase 2 spare keys.
I contacted their customer care team and was told that they only supply keys with a new barrel at a cost of £97.00p.
This cannot be correct I thought, but after numerous emails I am no further forward. To me this is like buying a box of matches to
light a barbie only to be told that I must also purchase a pack of fags to go with them, I would have no use for the ciggies like I would
have no use for another barrel. What a crazy situation!!!!. It is 'Company Policy' I have tried to find who who has decided this will be Company Policy but without success. Trimark have not been any help either, stating that they do supply spare keys but they must be purchased from Elldis. Another case of rip off Britain What a con!!!! Has anyone any idea where I could obtain 2 Trimark Keys?
I am informed by Trimark that they are exclusive to Elldis.Any ideas would be most wellcome

Very interested in your comments as awaiting a new elddis van and always have more than the two keys usually provided.
not having seen the keys I don't know how complicated they are, but you could try the local branch of Timsons who claim to be able to cut most keys. Find them from the website.
I also found that the key cutting service in the French supermarkets pretty good. Cut me a spare for an old Thule roof box which makers or agents could not supply (and a good excuse to top up the wine cellar)

I have tried every locksmith and Timpsons in Leeds. I have been advised that there may be a locksmith in Dewsbury. Watch this Space. I would advise you to speak to your dealer and see what he says regarding spare keys
