I need to replace the poles on an awning we inherited with our caravan, the make and model are Trio Family. I can't seem to find a website but have heard they are still in business. Can anyone advise how I can get in touch with them please,

Hi Sarah, you could try NR Awnings if you type that in Google you may be lucky. We to have a Trio Awning and have poles from a NR Awning

Try http://www.triopair.com/ - they do repairs to Trio awnings, and also offer spares and accessories.

Tel 01977 708688 - Monday to Friday 9 to 12.00 noon, and 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm.

They're only a small company, based near Pontefract, but very helpful.
