My elder brother (by some 10 years and having been married for 40yrs) attended the doctors with his wife for support after many years of feeling ill and generally run down ans always being quite physically fit he thought it time to visits the doc's.

After the consultation the doc came out to see his wife waiting patiently outside and he began to discuss my brothers problems and he seemed quite concerned. He said to her that he was in very poor condition and need around the clock care with lots of tlc and basically waiting on hand and foot with all his demands (within reason ) met to keep him calm and gradually build his strength up. And of course when he was a bit stronger to grant him the odd bit of nookie which would provived him with a cardio-vascular workout.

10 mins later they were both walking out of the surgery arm in arm and of course my brother was concerned about what the doc had said to her, she looked at him eye to eye and said

"You're going to die!"

Hi Tom, I don't like the last few word at the end of your note ! as I have health problem as well, This year it been the worse I been for a few years,

As I was told by my doctor not to do any more heavy lifting, pushing/ pulling or I won't see my 65 retirement, at work first they said yes try it on eh ! gave them the number of my doctor to speak to them, after that they said we did't want to lose me as you are a good worker to us, So far they been great doing the heavy lifting ect but I help them out in other way with their jobs,

So I' hopeing that I will see my 65 retirement with my wife to enjoy our caravaning into the future! Trevor123
