Truma Bridge Connector

Started to get caravan ready for our first trip this year - disconnected the inline filter to replace it and the Truma Bridge Connector, which was at the other end of the short hose, decides to collapse into three pieces - I presume it's just become brittle over 10 years with sub-zero temperatures in winter during storage.

It's only there to allow use of the external shower, which we never use, so I haven't replaced it - just connected the hose directly onto the back of the inlet.
 
Mine broke in the first year of the caravan, Replaced it with hoses and Connectors, as we used the outside shower for the dog.
