I have an intermittent error code 407 on a Swift Marbury (2021) heating system. Which cleares itself after some time has passed. I’m hoping for some pointers as to sorting the problem.
230V is definitely on, fuse in the most stupid place to put a fuse is fine.
Thanks in advance.

Get a useful kit from Screwfix - I would recommend to any caravanner. Item 95426 at £19.99. It comprises a small but capable DMM (digital multimeter), a 13A test plug, and a contactless mains tester. The latter lights up and usually beeps when its tip is close to a live cable. Easiest way to trace loss of mains, caravan, home, or anywhere.

Agree I have that kit, good thing about Screwfix is their no quibble returns policy if something stops working. Plus Screwfix and Toolstation are only 10-15 minutes walk from home. A veritable life saver during lockdown DIY jobs.

As its a new van shouldn't your first recourse be to the dealer for it to be sorted under warranty as intermittent faults can be the most difficult to diagnose?

Cheers guys.
audiorob - you are of course correct, been waiting two days for a call back from the dealer, and getting a little narked now.
