Truma gas/electric water heater

On my Bailey Regent caravan I am having problems on the gas water heater, works fine on electric.
On firing up gas the flame does not stay on after about 5/6 seconds it goes off tried a new circuit boarrd no better any idea,s would be appreciated

My first thought would be the jet may be partly blocked and needs cleaning,

There is clearly some problem with the combustion side of the appliance.

But if you need to ask about what to do, then it suggests you don't have the knowledge or tools to safely complete the work.

If teh caravan is under warranty, contact your seller. Otherwise you should have a professional service engineer check it out.

Third question: Was the outside cowl removed?
