Truma motor mover.

Hi all I have recently updated my caravan and my new to me van has a truma mover with grit rollers fitted. The problem I have is when I apply the rollers to the wheels they spring back about 5mm so therefore dont make contact. The rollers work fine but obviously the van does'nt move. I have checked the 20mm gap and that is fine. Any Ideas please?
