Possibly a very little as the heat from the elements will heat up the main heat exchanger of the gas fire part and by natural convection a bit will be lost through the flue.
 
A neglible amount - the flue take off is at the bottom of the heat exchanger while the electric elements are part way up - given that heat rises by convection, little heat will be lost out of the gas flue.
