Hello i have a problem with my truma s5004, once the gas runs out it wont restart for a couple of hours. Anyone had this problem?

I had this on my Alde system. I had to turn everything off. Unplug from the hook up. Leave it 10 minutes and hook back up and restart everything. I know it's not Truma and I have no idea why this happened or why this fixed it. Good luck.
