Truma "Shower" port on Elddis Vogue...

Hi all,

I have just bought an Elddis 214L Vogue and am getting to grips with the features and equipment. I have read the handbook cover to cover but it doesn't refer to this so I was hoping someone might be able to answer. The Truma water panel on the outside where the water intake is, it has a port on it next to the water pump input, and it says "Shower" above it. I am confused as the shower works without anything plugged into that, does anyone know what it's for please? I have attached a pic, it's the socket on the right hand side.

That is for an external shower but cold water only.
Inside there should be a bridging piece usually coloured Blue which when in use diverts water to the outside to do things like wash off boots, dogs , kids etc

aaah!! haha, that's a good idea! Thanks very much, I now just have to decide who gets it, the kids or the dogs
