truma ultra store water heater problem

First of all hi to everyone but I got a problem with my ultra store water heater works fine on electric but when on has it didn't seam to stay alight I turn the switch and it lites for about 3 minutes then a small red light comes on on the dial next to green light and the water heater means there's a problem any advice would be helpful we use our Bailey senator Indiana every weekend and this is causing us a big problem please help thankyou
 
As The Mighty, WC says , have you removed the vent cover, I forgot many a time, kept thinking, Why is it not working,
