truma ultra store water heater problem

First of all hi to everyone but I got a problem with my ultra store water heater works fine on electric but when on has it didn't seam to stay alight I turn the switch and it lites for about 3 minutes then a small red light comes on on the dial next to green light and the water heater means there's a problem any advice would be helpful we use our Bailey senator Indiana every weekend and this is causing us a big problem please help thankyou

Have you removed the external gas vent cover? The gas won't work with the cover left on.

As The Mighty, WC says , have you removed the vent cover, I forgot many a time, kept thinking, Why is it not working,

Hi yes the cover is removed the water is hot but then it will keep tripping and the red light comes on

Sounds like it's getting too hot
