Truma Ultraheat heater per

Can anyone advise on a problem we have experienced with our Truma heater last week, the heater is constantly on without being switch on via the control panel with built in thermostat. To isolate the heater we have had to switch it off via the breaker switch on the consumer unit.
Not sure if its a PCB fault or the limiter etc, not had chance to strip down and do some electrical checks yet.

This is a fairy common variation of the very common problem of relay failure, most failing open, one of yours has failed with the contacts welded shut!
Solution is to repair/replace or I can do this for you, fully overhauling including uprated relays if you so wish.

Sounds like the relay. You should have somewhere a standard mains socket for it.
