Truma vent blown air HELP

Hi, just had van back after some repairs and discovered the blown air truma vent part of the heating system doesnt work on manual or auto setting. The heater itself seems fine. Cant seem to locate any inline fuse and the Compass owners manual is no use. Dont want to return to dealer again, 70 mile round trip. Any ideas?
 
It depends what age you van is.I have an Elldis 2006 which is the explorer group and the fan does have a fuse.Its a blade type by the charger etc,this has blown replaced a few times and blew straight away,i checked the fan and rotated it and has been ok ever since.

Right the answer to your problem is at the back of the heater is your fan and connected to your fan is a small pc b oard it controls the speed of the fan ,I have had exactly the same thing on my compass corona. it is that board that has gone .

Dont look any further for a fuse as there isnt one .

Now I put this on the forum as welland somebody kindly answered this issue, I cant remember who it was all I know it is somebody that knows what they are doingwhere are you. Stewart

Thanks for advice. been looking around back of heater etc and in fuse box. No fuse is marked for the blown air on my van. Traced 12v supply to fan switch on top of heater then removed the front of the heater to find the supply wires had become disconnected. Re connected and all works ok. What a nightmare getting the heater front back on by the way!!!
