can anyone give me any advice on my heater,we had it on and was working fine then after a few hours we realised it was only blowing cold air.we had it working on electrics and on the thermostat control there is no green light,it flickers on for a second when you turn the dial to set the heat to 500/1000 or 2000kw but no longer any heat coming from the fire can anyone help regards tony
 
How is it if the power is switched off at the circuit breaker and left off for a while. Does it work when it's switched back on again?
 
Hi I have tried it all over the weekend on and
Off and no joy , no light on the thermostat control and the heaters just blowing cold regards tony
 
f you have no green light on the thermostat, the transformer on the ultraheat PCB has failed, or you have lost mains power to the PCB.
