TV Aerial....Elddis Avante 480

Having just got back from 10 days in the New Forest and Dorset, thought I might seek some advice about the omnidirectional TV aerial. Trying to tune in the TV and not finding any channels, I took a look at the aerial junction box and noticed that the red light was not on.

The caravan manual says that by disconnecting the ANT IN, if it still does not illuminate, the fault may be in the power cable. The TV/radio fuse appears to be intact.

Question....where does the power cable come from?

I have never been satisfied with the aerial, rarely picks up a good picture.

Kind regards.

I know it may sound a basic question, but are you sure the booster unit was actually switched on?
There are two switches, one is the power switch, the other high/low setting.
The power is taken from the nearest convenient 12v supply, follow the cable back to where it is joined in.
