TV in Caravan

Hi,

excuse my ignorance here, but i am a total novice and have just recently bought my first caravan. It's an Abbey Aventura 316 and it has a flimsy shelf for the tv to sit on and only has one co-ax point. Is there any easy (cheap) way that i can add another point throughout the interior, and also what is the best type of tv to get for it ?. As said earlier, i am totally new to this game and all i want is for me and the family to be able to get away and have the provision of Saturday night tv. Inside the wardrobe there is a box that looks like it comes from the status ariel, doea this give sufficient reception ?, please, no heavy tech answers guys, just the simple solutions.

cheers.

Be aware.

If the shelf you are using is higher than your viewing position may LCD Tv's (especially and notably the cheaper ones) go very dark and even negative. Viewing directly in line with the screen is actually the worst position. Also many such sets go very light, even whiteout, when viewed from above.

Have a good look around for a Sharp L19D1EBK - I saw one recently for about

Really and truly your best option is to leave the TV at home. We sometimes take the 10" avtex with us in the winter sometimes the status is enough sometimes my external ariel gets put up, most of the time the tv stays in the box though.
