tv in europe

I've just returned from a winter in Spain.

We didn't use much tv but liked to get weather reports etc . When in Spain, we were able to get pictures from our status aerial, but couldn't get sound. Can anyone tell me what sort of tv I need to get in order to pick up Spanish sound?

A Spanish television (or some other european tv's) or connect via a scart lead.

Lyn, The TV transmission system used in Spain is PAL groups B&G, which have a different frequency spacing between the video and audio than the UK system which is PAL group I.

You can buy multi standard TV's but I have no idea of the price.
