tyre sizes

i have just bought a 1995 bailey champagne, does anybody know the correct tyre sizes? it has 175r13c on it at the moment but one side is rubbing on the wheel arch. any advice on this would be great.also what pressure do they take?
 
John I have an 04 champaign tyre size was 195/75/14 reinforced at 42psi now changed to 185/80/14c@ 50 psi.I would check with Bailey if you have not got a handbook especially as one side is rubbing
