Tyre wear

I have a 18 month old Compass Corona and have noticed excessive tyre wear on the outside edge of the tread of both tyres. The nearside is the most worn.

Is this just wear or could there be a problem with the tracking?

I have had my current van for 8 yrs and only had to cahnge the tyres due to age.....

Tread wise they looked perfect, but slight splitting on sidewalls...
