can anyone tell me if hankook ra18 tyres are ok for my van previously had ra08 on them with load rating of 99 the ra18 are 90 the caravan is elddis odyssey 505 many thanks

A bit more information please : ......
What year is the van ?
What size & type are the tyres that are fitted at the moment ?
What is the MTPLM of the caravan ?
All of these points are important to select the correct load rating .....

2004 175 r14 hankooks and mtplm is 1500

Have a look at this chart, it gives you the load index....
1500kg looks like you need a tyre load index of 98 = 750kg per tyre.......
A load index of 90 is a definate NO !
A 185 x 14 has a load rating of 102 ......
But would it fit ok as it is only 1cm wider ??
