tyron wheel bands

have just bought new bailey and was thinking of getting these fitted.

Know I'll get a discount for insurance, but are they any good?

Appreciate your comments.

Hi Uncle Festa

With the tyre kept in place by Tyron safety bands, steering, braking and cornering control can be maintained at any speed after a simple puncture or an instantaneous blow-out.

Safety greatly reduces the risk of accident and fatality through loss of control after tyre deflation. Mobility provides traction plus a short runflat or get-out capability. The driver should be able to continue to a safe place to change the wheel.

I have them fitted to my caravan tyres. I don't know if you would get a reduction in your insurance premium but for me, they do provide piece of mind.

Whilst I was on a campsite recently, I got speaking to a woman and one of her tyres had a blow out and she had Tyrons fitted and said that she managed to keep the outfit stable and under control and was able to stop and pull over with no trouble at all.

Regards

Lisa
