Ultraheat S3200 TEB Fan

The fan on my heater has started cutting out when running on the auto setting. This usually happens when on Gas heating or 2 kilowatt setting. It has not happened so far on 1 kilowatt or 500 watts.The heater does not cut off so no problem there, and also the fan runs fine on the manual setting. Anyone else experienced this or any suggestions welcome.

The fan control switch can suffer if something is spilt on it such as a sugary drink? other than that it's fairly robust.

The control board which is between the switch and fan motor is where I'd look to find the problem or the connections? make sure the wiring loom plugs are fully on switch and control board!
