Ultrastore on 570 Challenger electric switch

Hi Everyone

I am new to caravanning. I have a 2010 Challenger 570. Can anyone tell me where the electric switch for the water heater is??? I have now sussed the gas heater bit but can not see the electric switch
The water heater has been hot all weekend - even thought the gas switch was off - is this normal/safe

Any help would be appreciated as the dealer we brought from has now closed down!

Not sure where the switch is but I would expect it to be on the control panel. If the water stayed hot it would sound as though the switch is on.
If no one on here can tell you where the switch is your best bet is probably the Swift Owners Club site which has a help section.

Hi If you google "Truma ultrastore" you will find a wealth of information including operation manuals. There are also several video's which will show you what the controls look like and maybe where to find them in your caravan.

Another option is to locate the heater wires going into the ultrastore beside the water pipes which enter the unit, and trace them back. Don't follow the wires from the top corner as these are control circuits etc, The standard length on the unit is about a metre, but it may well be joined and run further away. Often a household fused switch is the controlling isolator.
