uneven floor

hi

can anyone help or advise me please. i have a brand new coachman the only thing wrong with it is an uneven floor but im not sure if this is normal or not. i only noticed after i took up the plastic they lay on the floor,when i say uneven i mean hard bumps in some areas and air bubbles in others its an 07 model just 16 days old. is this normal or should i be getting on to my dealer and also is it the type of job were they have to give you a brand new van or can it be repaired easy.

If the floor covering is a vinyl type the it sounds as if there is a bit of contamination (not cleaned properly first) where the hard lumps are and the air bubble could bre down to the adhesive used on the floor not curing properly and allowing air to become trapped either way given the age of van I would deff be back to the dealer.
