Unicorn II - cleaning between the shower and basin

Hi,
In our Unicorn II Cadiz there is a very annoying, wierd shaped gap between the round shower and the adjacent rectangular basin cupboard. Has anybody else discovered an effective way of cleaning in the gap?

Toothbrush (old used one), test tube cleaner bit like a smokers pipe cleaner, foamy cleaner that you rinse away. 😛
