unwanted forum emails

Help. I haven't subscribed to a topic (I have checked my account details) but I get lots of emails from the Tow car forum. How can I stop this please?

Hi again. I've checked your account and I can't see anything untoward. I presume you've tried WoodlandsCamper's suggestion? If so and you still receive unwanted emails, please post again and I'll get the technical team onto it. Thank you.
