I've never heard of this product, but in it's cheapest form, it looks like a scissor jack attached to the caravan to aid fitting an AL-KO wheel lock.

Appears to have only launched in the last few months.

Some insurers do not approve them and it seems storage owners are not happy with them supposedly in case they need to move a caravan in a hurry.
IMHO they are just too much hassle to fit and remove as that takes time and probably not pleasant if it is raining.

Good luck for my storage if they want to move my van, two Alko locks and it has blocks under the axle all winter.

The video is about the JSB Hublocks, is that what you are thinking of or their Jack system?

If the quality of their products reflects that of their website link, I would tread with exceeding care. I am not finding anything about the jack or jacks and their system, to me the essence of the product, on which any construct technical opinion could be based. Any better links, please?

Seems a lot of faffing about. Bottle jack and Al-ko locks are quick and easy.
Does each side have an attached electric scissor jack? Didn’t notice any nut or bolt locks? I love British ingenuity but not for me. Thanks

True, Even the lad fitting the JSB hub locks doesn't know how to use the thread protectors, takes them off to fit the hub locks.

I started falling to sleep watching the video. What product they are promoting is not clear. Its purpose? The fence looked good.
