Using an Awning on Sloping Ground

Hi

As the site we're off to in the summer is slightly sloping - I was wondering (Mr Thicky here)....

Are there any top-tips for pitching the awning when one is faced with a slight slope?

Thanks in advance

Mac

If your caravan is pitched up/down the slope the awning just goes further forwards/backwards through the rail so that the awning's front slopes in line with the ground.

If the caravan is pitched across the slope, with nearside wheel on levelling blocks you may struggle to get the awning to reach the ground at each end by the rail.
