Using the cooker

We've recently got a new 'van that has a cookerwhich we've never had before. My other half is now getting tooled up with casserole dishes etc. I can't help feeling that caravan cookers are not meant for doing casseroles, roasts etc as they would take too long - they are more for heating up pizzas, pies etc. I'd be interested to hear what others use the cooker for as it could be just me!

Personally I use the caravan oven (which I assume is what you mean) for anything I would cook at home, subject only to the constraints of its smaller size.

So casseroles, roasts, baking bread, home made pies, are all on the menu!
