Looking at the tech data and material data safety sheets for Holts, Wynn’s and WD40 electrical contact cleaners I can see no data relating to lubricants. The major contents being isopropyl alcohol, n hexane and CO2. The first two being strong degreasants which would seem incompatible with a lubricant.
