Walls separating

Hi Guys

Just taken van to services and have been told over phone that the floor of van is great !!! but, the walls at the bottom have separated...

Not sure of the extent yet will find out.

Has anyone else had this happen and what did you do?

Back in the 1960's we had a caravan that did this. We got it repaired.
