WARRANTY HEADACHE

Hello all - new to Motorhoming - I have a Swift 596 2020 . The warranty for the engine etc will be covered by fiat- but the internals etc are covered by swift- The habitation check I had done was unfortunately 3 months late and ive been told that swift will likely no longer honour the warranty. Just wondered if there is anything I could do to put a warranty on this etc- in case I want to sell - my van is 18 months old and only done 1800 miles .

Have you tried MBG Direct or Autoguard they do warranties for motorhomes. But you could talk to Swift in case there is some flexibility due to Covid lockdowns. There was fir caravans but it was principally 2020-21

Swift along with most other firms allowed an extra period for servicing in 2020 for services affected by lockdown. I think it was 3 months, so you might be a bit tight, but if you search on here you might find the information as it was covered at the time.
