Washroom moulding - Help needed to find

We have a 1998 Avondale Leda Pentland 6 berth caravan and are trying to find a replacement(or something similar that can house the taps) for the plastic moulding that houses the taps/shower in the washroom.

Any help in locating one would be much appreciated.
