Water..blockage?

The water drains from my sink but there is none from the drain pipe running from the under chassis storage tank.

The pipe itself is clear as i presume is the one leading directly from the sink. I have used some proprietary drain cleaning fluid but still no water form the drain pipe?
 
Assuming you have a caravan, and not a motorhome, caravans do not have under chassis grey water storage tanks(normally).

The clear pipe is more than likely the overflow from what is an under floor cleanwater storage tank.

Waste pipes are normally either grey convoluted flexible, or grey rigid.
