I HAVE A GRAND SUPERSTORM TWIN AXLE 6 BERTH. JUST RECENTLY, WE HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH NOT GETTING ANY HOT WATER!

I WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF ANYONE OUT THERE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!

Hi,

Not sure of the make of water heater you have in your caravan but if it's the same problem I once had all you do is turn the electric off at the main board and wait about 30 seconds and turn it back on.

I think what happens is you turn all the electrics on including the heater like I did and then connect the water, by this time the heater trips out because it overheats.

I'm sure somebody will give you the correct answer if i'm wrong.

Hi,

Just had a look at the specs of you caravan, you should have a Truma Ultrastore water heater fitted, if thats correct the above info should work unless you have another problem with it thats stopping it working.
