I have a 2001 abbey adventura the truma ultrastore water heater on my last venture was working on both gas and electric, however i have just returned from a trip and found only the electric water was working. The gas on/off switch is not powering up, even if gas not igniting the switch powers up and red light comes on. But this trip the switch did not work. I have checked the switch back to the boiler and there is no damage, should i buy a new control panel and see if this works. The control panel is a sandy colour dealerships no longer stock this part.

No, you should get a Truma authorised mobile engineer to look at it for you rather than wasting money on items which most probably will not cure the problem.

If there is a problem with the PCB then Paul at Apuljack Engineering may be able to help .
