We have a problem with our water heater and heating, works fine on gas but not working on electric, we have a sterling europa 2010 any ideas
 
Has it ever worked, or is yours a new caravan? If it has worked previously for you, and you know where the operating switches are then I would suspect fuse, or bad connection. Oh and your heating is down too. Do you have a circuit schematic in your owners handbook which would show where the two circuits become common. Other thing to look at is the circuit breakers/RCD, are they all in the ON position?
 
I have a 2010 Sterling Europa, I don't know about getting any heating out of it but with regards to the hot water system, you must have water in the water heater before you turn on any power to heat the water or you could burn the element out, for getting hot water under your O/S front cushions you have your controls for your supply in to the caravan, on the panel there are four switches one says 'Water Heater' , don't turn this switch on till you have bled the system,
