Water inlet flap

The flap on my Whale water inlet broke. I thought I had nothing to do but get another flap. Oh no. They dont supply the flap alone, you have to buy the whole inlet assembly. So instead of it costing about £2 it is now going to cost me £23. A big rip off if you ask me.

You don't tell us if you just contacted a dealer or if you contacted Whale direct.

If you haven't already done so, contact Whale (Munster Simms) and complain.

One word of caution, it may mean you end up with flap with a slightly different colour.
