Can anyone recommend a device for monitoring the water level in an external 40ltr Aquarol from inside the van?

Surely the simple solution is to make the Aquarol translucent.................??

Take a look at this diagram which shows a ball-**** introduced into the side opening of an Aquaroll which ensures that it is permanently half full ...
