Water not working

Hi we have been on site for 5 days now in our 2019 bailey phoenix with no issues until last night. I poured a cup of water then 5 minutes my wife tried the same but nothing would come out. Its the same on both taps and the shower. The pump switch still lights up green when you turn it on and ive tried the spare pump in the aquaroll but same result. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks

Had you filled the aquaroll prior to last using the taps. If so it could be an airlock. Remove the filler hose completely. Put pump in aquaroll then connect caravan inlet end.

Thanks for the replies folks I couldn't hear the pump and tried the airlock thing to no avail. I think I've susses it though, I went under the seat to the combi and spotted this thing with 3 wires going into it. Battery +, pump and battery -. The first two did nothing but when I disconnected the battery minus and re connected the pump jumped back into life. All seems well now. 20210709_091017.jpg

I take it back its stopped working again. Could it be the switch in the photo thats faulty? It says "truma ultraflow smart switch" on it.
Thanks
