just been out for first time this year with van,when i connected pump up and started filling the water system ,the elbow joint after the presure switch blew out and flooded the van. i fixed the joint and started again , thing is the cold water works fine on all taps,pump ok ,when i open hot taps nothing? with taps closed the pressure switch clicks on and of same as the pump ,cold tap on water hot tap on no water just click click and pump surges please help ,never had this in any caravan before.
 
Did you leave the hot tap on long enough to fill the hot water boiler tank?

It probably needs 10 litres and does take awhile after having been drained down.

I take it that you've closed the drain ****.
