we have a water pump which sits in the top of the aquaroll and plugs into the side of the van. Last week on holiday every time I turned a tap on the pump made quite a loud noise and almost making the van wobble!! The noise was like a loud clicking. Can anyone tell me the problem or do I need a new pump. Thanks Denise
 
Denise, the external pumps do not just sit in the top of the aquaroll, they MUST go right into the water, to the bottom of the container.

If the pump was making the noise when fully in the water, then it is faulty and needs changing.

The Whale pumps are too big to fit into the small aquaroll, they only fit the 40ltr size, not the 30ltr ones.
