Took our new Bailey indiana 2006 out this week when turning taps on the pump in very noisey i am not using the onboard tank am i doing somthing wrong
 
Dave, no you are not doing anything wrong.

If it is an on board pump, it needs insulating from the floor with rubber pads to absorb the vibration and cut the noise.

Be aware though, on board pumps are noisier than outboard ones!!
