Water Pump

I have a whale water pump and everytime I turn on a tap in the caravan it leaks water down the side of our van by the connector.

Is this because the pump has gone?

I believe there are two rubber O rings on the connection to the caravan. Have you tried checking or replacing them?

Hi Stuart

If you remove the 2 screws from pump conector and check to see if pipes are loose, as most people remove pump by pulling on pipes instead of pump body. Had to replace my pump because i was unable to reseal unit. Mark
