Hi got on site and water pump wouldn't work,we had help from other caravaners lovely people one a electrion but couldn't get it working so it looks like a new pump is needed didn't spoil are stay though.fist time on a campsite with a caravan and I have to say how friendly everybody was can't wait for are next trip
 
Might just be making sure the impellor isn't stuck. Unplug the pump. Designs vary, but if you can unclip the filter cap off the pump itself and reach into the end with a tiny screwdriver can you carefully turn the impellor freely?
Great isn't it that others are always willing to help when you are having problems on site.
 
Good you are enjoying yourselves. Water pumps are always a problem. Some years back a dealer at Blackpool said they were one of his best sellers.
