Water system for Caravalair Venicia 4.80 year 2010.

The Caravalair has two water supplies, one mains which works well, the other is a built in tank
wit a pump fitted into the tank but the problem is that although there is an inlet and an outlet to the pump there are no pipes atached so therefore the internal water supply cannot be used. Any ides please and thank you.

That much I gather but connect to what. The system works ok on mains. That's my problem, The agency says I can use one or the other but not both, The pipes have been cut of but one is an inlet and the other outlet. I do live in France and that speaks for itself

I am afraid that if you cannot see how it connects up, the only thing I can suggest is a caravan engineer who is familiar with the model.

This caravan is not one normally seen in the UK, so finding an answer here might be the problem. It occurs to me that if you can find an equivalent French forum it might be a better bet.
