hi ive got an avondale 1996 looking at it at weekend and the underneath of the van just looks like normal wood colour does it need treating with something or will have already been done if it does whats best to use on it thanks lee
 
It does not need treating and doing so with some products will do a lot more harm than good.
That the underside is still there in a van that is 17 years old should be adequate testament to the original finish being more than fit for purpose.
