Southern Brittany should be very warm and sunny with clear blue skies but can have a lot of rain at times. Staying at LaTrinite there was two weeks of summer rain one August and we moved south as there was just no break when the bad weather set in.

We live in Cornwall and the forecast for the end of the month is much better and this should reflect the weather in Brittany. We are off as well on the 10th Aug and are praying for good weather. With 3 children under 6 and a site next to the beach we will need some sun!!! We are staying at La Baie in Southern Brittany, what about you? Have a great time. Denise

We are staying at Camping Les Ecureuils in La Bernerie en Retz and like you with young children it helps if the sun is shining.
